– Flagged if concerns are detected notifying our Quality Team immediately.
Comment Sentiment Detection
We’ve extended this same AI to your KIMP360 task comments.
If a comment expresses frustration, confusion, or dissatisfaction (even subtly), it’s:
– Automatically highlighted
– Connected to your active task or subscription
– Sent as a real-time alert to our internal team for review
